Temporary adjustment of working hours

March 27, 2020. To our valued customers:   In compliance with the executive order issued by the Dominican government, which extends the curfew from 17:00 until 06:00 hours as an additional measure to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to update you on the temporary adjustment in our working hours:

  • Customer Service and One-stop’ Customer Service Area Haina & Caucedo
    • Customer service and one-stop’ customer service area until 3:00 PM
    • Verification and dispatch until 3:00 PM
  • Workshop: Truck reception until 3:00 PM
  • Warehouse: Operations until 3:00 PM
  • Equipment Management: Chassis dispatch until 3:30 PM
  • Administrative Office (face-to-face mode): temporary adjustment of working hours until 3:30 PM
  • Administrative Staff (telework mode): regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
